My name is Anshid, My Airtel landline number is 08042289661..I am using this connection last 1.5 years, the first month onwards I am not receiving the bills to my billing adress, only few months original bill i have received, every month i have to give the complaint for the same..after giving the complaint they will sent only duplicate bill..last 4 months i not received the bills, whenever i am calling to the Airtel customer care they people saying that the bills are received By chritina..Actually the person name is Christina(Building Owner) and she collected the bill only one month that is July 2010..what the airtel people doing is they are throwing the bill on the road or keeping the bill on the bikes which parking infront of my building..not taking anyones sign also..simply updating the previous months delivery details..

04-Dec-2011 I called the customer care and spoke to Mr. Anilkumar. I enquired about the connection status. He said that the line is just blocked due to the non payment. If I making the payment next day my connection will restored, Next day I went to RT Nagar Airtel Office and paid the total dues, also my connection restored within 30 mints, I was able to use my Internet and Telephone. next day (06-Dec-2011) I found that my phone is not working, I called the customer care and given the complaint, Complaint number is 8326514. One airtel engineer called and he said the line is terminated, they are going to reactivate the connection, I waited for 2 days and called the customer care for the connection status, Spoke to Manager Varun, He promised that within 04:30PM my connection will restored, but nothing happend. again I contacted customer service many times, whenever I am asking to transfer the call to the manager the executives keeping my call on hold for long time and disconnecting the call, I called from my BSNL mobile..all the calls are charged, Whenever i am calling to the customer care they people saying that it will take 7 days to reconnect my connection, they given few complaint numbers, 8642736, 8654366,

I went to Airtel Relationship Centre in Nandiduga road, what they people are doing is from their deskphones calling to the customer care and giving the phone to speak, Last 7 days I am running behind this issue, I am a working employee, Spend lots of money and my time, after making the payments the people disconnecting the line..they are simply cheating the customers, Still my telephone not reconnected but internet is working fine, Please check and do needful,
