This is a harasment from the Airtel Billing department and its
difficult to convence them.
They issue a letter and later they says they dont have any reference for waver.
Billing department and collection agencies calls at odd hours and talk
in bad language to my family members.
Attached are the details of the waver & bill which was sent/ given by airtel.
We are paying after confirmation from customer care and even than we
are getting the calls.
Reference of the discussion is: 32477468 on 8th April. I paid as
committed but my services are still not active and I am still getting
calls for bill payment.
Idecided to go to consumer court if this is not resolved. I already
logged in the online consumer forum.
In total I have to say: Airtel services are burdon to consumer and
