    Thumbs down Airtel Landline Complaint

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    This is to inform you that i am having an airtel landline connection A/c no. is 7005375201 on the name of M/S Jaswins Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. of which i asked Airtel company to provide me a static ip for this connection in 1st week of january 2012 at that time there executive told me that IP charges will be Rs.2500 /yr. I gave the permission to process my request so they said your IP will be given to you within 48hrs and will be configured within next 7 working days. but when they send me bill it was charged Rs.5000 for the same & when i contacted on there customer care no. 121 they said company has increased the charges of static IP. and you will be charged the amount as written in the bill. I told them full matter what was told to me earlier by your executive but I dint get any satisfactory answer.
    So I request you to kindly take the necesary action asap coz my payment due date is near and I am ready to pay Rs.2500 and other usage charges to the Airtel company and continue my connection otherwise I would have to switch to the other company.

    I got a reply from airtel company but they are lying they are saying everything is correct.
    but i want to ask them one simple thing if I have processed my request in Rs.2500 and they are coming after 7-8 days for configuring when company has increased the rates that is not my issue. According to rule I have to pay the same charges at the time of request.
    And if they have some more issues regarding that i want hear the conversation between me and their executive when I ask them for static IP.
    And if the company is not able to do the same then just cut off that extra charges so that I can make their actual payment which is (1299 monthly rental+10.3% S.T+2500 static Ip charges =3932) urgently.

    Default Disconnting the line after three month they are coming back with payment letters

    Dear team,

    Still i am getting letters from Airtel for payment. It has already informed to your team for the below broadband disconnection dated October 01 and mailed on October 12th. But they are still requesting for the December month payment.

    On 10th of january i got a feedback call from Airtel and they have confirmed my line has been disconnected under my request, and they have requested me to transfer the connection to my colleague if required. i said no on that and also they confirmed there were no pending dues from my end.

    Please go through the below tail mail for your reference on disconnection acknowledgement. if i am keep on getting this type letter and mails from airtel. i am planning to surrender my office network and corporate postpaid from airtel network to some other network.

    Reason : Improper response from customer support, requested to replace my
    modem from my initial installation of modem. Still this has not happened even
    after calling customer care and booking several dockets (during warranty
    period). For the past one month I am not able to access internet because of
    this modem. How many SR do i need to raise for replacement of modem.


    Close this connection by this end of bill cycle. I will close this month
    payment. I will not be paying from next month.
