Default Airtel landline complaint

Dear Sir,

I have problem with airtell i had a fixed landline connection with airtell , i called airtell team for disconnection on 24 dec 2009 but they did not disconnected my connection , although i insisted i will pay my out standing only if you disconnect my connection , they agrred and taken 800 Rs . and on one receipt they given me that this is full and final payment . i thought that my connection is diconnected , but after 2 months i,e on 4 jun they again calling me that your connection was not disconnected , and pay your outstanding till dat i.e approx 2800 . i and not using my connection since dec 2009 .

they are harrsing me please suggest what to do .

Angry Airtel Landline -- Wrong Billing and harassment

Dear Sir,
I was a having a Airtel Landline /Broadband connection while I was in sector 22 Noida , I never default my payment with Airtel . After 6 to 12 months I decided to shift from Sector -22 to sector -47 , Jalvayu Towers. I called Customer care I asked them to disconnect my line in the month of Januarry around 28th of 2010. And the executive suggested me to take a new connection as it will take less time. So I opt for new connection same by my name in sector 47 . I paid all dues in the month of February after cancelation.
Now after 6 month again I got a call and ask me the payment for R.s 4000. And Without my notice they add this bill to my current number 0120-4271295.

I have got 2 calls from Mr Rajesh Singh . The guy has NO curtsy how to talk . I remember when I was about take new connection they speak very gently .Now I want to disconnect all 3 number including my mobile number which I am carry from past 4 years .
I paid all outstanding money, I will not pay a single rupees after 6 month of disconnected number. It’s not my problem if Airtel executive didn’t update for cancelation .

I would Suggest Airtel Guys to check my all 3 number, every moth I am paying around 5 to 6 thousand as my mobile and landline bill. It’s hard earn money.

Default Deposit paid for new corporate connection

Dear Sir,



We have paid 4000.00 on dated 08.08.2010 to your representative for new PRI corporate connection but as on date we have not got connection.



Your representative Eranna O (Account Manager Bharti Airtel Ltd. GSM: +91 9900190731) assured us to provide line by 12 .08.2010 but fail to fulfill same.



We have disconnected our BSNL lines after assurances from your people. As on date our business is running without telephone lines.
for last 5 days he is not picking our phone for which we are assuming some kind of foul play by your company


We would like to have response from you on same and also make sure that by Friday we get our lines fixed else refund our money we shall ask BSNL to provide lines,



If things are not done on timeline provide by us than we are force to issue Legal Notice to your company for refund of money & for losses occurred due to non availability of telephone lines

Default Connection Not given

We have applied for 2 New airtel connections on 20th August,10 vide application no.CH1060192 AND CH1060193. The concern person Mr. S Babu told that with in 3 days it will be done. After calling and following with them regularly and asking their customer care regarding the status of this, their respective people called me on 2nd September and informing that they are not able to process due to some maintenance work for next 20 days.
We are going to open our Retail outlet on 8th of September 10. On that planning, we applied to Airtel before 18 days itself. But they are calling on 2nd September after 13 days. This is not right. Now we are in trouble.
We cannot use any Internet & EDC Credit card machines because of Airtel mistake.
We need the connection immediately.

Default Airtel landline got disconnected.

The airtel landline got disconnected.We have not asked to disconnect our landline.Please see to that the connection is given immediately.there was no problem with the landline but only today it got disconnected.I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible so that our connection is restored.

Default Land line is not working - 080-42172459

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Land line 080-42172459 is not working. This is the second time I have this problem. I am not able to call as my mobile with air tel service is also not working. There is no signal in this area Sarjapur road, Bangalore.

Please resolve ASAP.

Default Airtel landline complaint

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your letter dated 07 Dec 2010 (Ref. Dec 10/252/GRN - S1/Airtel/Kerala/2009 - 10) regarding the outstanding amount for our Landline connection 0484 4073735.

Kindly note that we had made the payment to your executive Mr. Ligin (mobile number 8129148844) for the outstanding amount Rs.3983 fully on 4 Nov (your receipt number KOC 000412256) by Cheque number 031968 dated 8 Nov 2010 which has not yet submitted from your end which was informed to us from your customer care division after our complaint for the same (ref 39931380) which was not properly addressed till date.

Provided instead of paying the full amount due the incoming facility also was barred which has caused me financial losses and I shall raise another complaint for that to concerned authorities and concerned RBI authorities for not honoring the cheque payment made. Inspite of repeated request to your customer care no body responsible has bothered to provide a satisfactory explanation to me regarding the Non submission of my cheque and the disconnection which has caused me a considerable financial loss. And also they have not provided the concerned higher office contact number or person for escalation of the complaint.

I have not been provided or used the services since November and the due amount mentioned in the letter is Rs.4834 which should be properly explained to me in detail as a customer.

Kindly send us the proper explanation by email for the above matters urgently in writing I shall be forced to move the complaint to higher authorities regarding the same which I would not prefer to do as a regular and long term customer for other services of Airtel .

Angry Phone not getting disconnected

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that at least five times we have talked with Airtel agents to cancell account no: 11925741 ,
(telephone no : 01294082303).Every time your agents have promised that this number will be cancelled and no further bill will come. We have already paid more than three thousand Rupees as final settlement , but we are surprised to receive another bill from your office of Rs 510/-.

We are highly disappointed with negative attitude of Airtel, Why your person are harassing your customer?We have clearly told that since we have been transferred to Mumbai , no more we require this connection, but still these bills are coming.

I therefore once again request you to kindly take up this matter with utmost urgency to ensure above account is permanently closed , and also ensure that you are withdrawing your recent bill of Rs 510 . Your company is of high repute , in case , you are still not responding the way you should , I shall be left with no option , rather than to go to consumer court and complaint to your Chairman Mr.Sunil Mittal.

Thumbs down AirtelBroadband Transfer request - Deceiting customer

Dear All,

In ref with the mail forwarded to you at airtelpresence@airtel.in, pls note that issue has still not been resolved.

Also note, post my consistent followup's one of the executives Mr. Chander Pal Singh(Lead Officer) from your Rajouri Garden Office had come to my office in June10 & got a connection closure form & new connection opening form filled, as he informed that existing gurgaon line can't b transferred to Patel Nagar , Delhi.

I have a copy of the copy of form with me, post which he told me to follow up on 41447592 with Mr. Sandeep singh for my connection.

Till date nothing has happened about it & on top of it i started getting regular call from your collection's dept in Okhla threatning me to pay around Rs3000/- for services which i had never utilised.

I also got to know that as informed to me on 22 April (telecon) & 28 April (mail & telecon) that my connection will be put on hold till it get's transferred was also not done & I was continiously being charged during this time.

I had duly paid my last Mar - Apr 09 bill post which i had put in request.

Still till date i m continiously getting embarrising calls from your executive's namely Rahul, Rishi & some girls.Also Mr Ashok your manager asked me to do a negotiation & pay some amount to settle this.I have told them that i would not pay a single rupee no matter to wht extent do i have to take it.

Kindly note that i have grossly suffered at your hand's & would take this issue to any extent if it's not resolved within next week.

Pls resolve the issue asap & confirm

My land line no not working, customer care not rechable ther is big problem to reacxh this number. my land line no ph no 044 42074351.bad service , bad service. I thing there is some serious problem in your customer complaint cell you pl try it at 198, 121, these both no will say try that no.

pl resolve my proble,m at the earlies.

Default Problem for being Your New Customer

Dear Sir

I m opening New Computer Shoppe for which,I need of Broadband Connection.I applied for new one connection with u b,cos your services.But i m experiencing very bad experience due to your Channel Partner M/s.C.S.Telecom,MZ-8 Starlit Tower.His representative Mr.Kamlesh Kushwah booked my new connection on Rec.No.4832 taking the deposit amt.of 250/-(C.A.F.NO.2720396) on 14/07/201 on commitment that connection will be installed within 7 days.But till date there is no call from his side nor the connection installed till date.I m calling their landline no.as well as mr.kamlesh cell.there is no solution i m getting from there.I have to print out visiting card with the landline no.tell me how i will get the solution.Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.
