    Thumbs down Airtel Landline: DADAGIRI

Airtel is forcing me to replace my cordless Instrument with CLI model instead of changing or repair.
when i mailed to their care.ncr@airtel.in. i got the reply that the instrument is out of warranty.
when airtel receives the 'Security' of the instrument, not the 'Sale Value' initially at the time of installation besides other charges, then how could an instrument be out of warranty.
their local executives are informing off the record that the company had given the contract to ALCATEL instead of previous BETEL company, therefore the policies have changed and the user have no other option but to pay for the new instrument.
how could an end user support their this Democratic kind of 'DADAGIRI'

Default Airtel - really an 8th wonder

i got five calls from Airtel today, but all was about internet fault instead of changing the instrument - how wonder.,i hope they are having an educated & trained team over the grievances or complaint resolution.
Anyways, by the evening i receives a call from local executive & heard the same that his team leader is not interested in replacement of cordless instrument they can provide same repaired instrument but no guarantee after that.
    Looking for an intervention
    Regards

Thumbs down Airtel: Commited to harass only

    Dear Mr. Ranga,
would you please bother to tell me the resolution. here at consumer court forum you are committed to say lies only. below mentioned is your resolution:
I received a call from Ms. swati an Assistant of the team leader (big man) Mr. Ashmuddin Sheikh(as told by herself), she simply threatened for compromise before 1st November(msg as per Mr. Ashmuddin sheikh).
again at 121 as on October 28th they says that instrument is out of stock. when i asked the permission to record her (Ms/Mrs. Marriam) said statement she transferred the call to senior person which was disconnected unattended after 20 mins.
kindly mention here the 'resolution' what you people have done instead of same statements democratically turned everytime & advice to go for appellate of your airtel. kindly advice me why should'nt i go to the consumer court after this mental torture.
in addition please tell me how could you stop sending billing(hard copy) to the consumer. at 121 it was replied that we sent at your email. tell me AFTER whose permission you are allowed to stop the hard copy or is this the orders & directions of 'TRY' or you people are also preparing to put your game before hon'ble judiciary of Consumer Forum.
i request this time to take the action in the interest of consumer than to turn democratic way again.
    Kind Regards,
