would you please bother to tell me the resolution. here at consumer court forum you are committed to say lies only. below mentioned is your resolution:
I received a call from Ms. swati an Assistant of the team leader (big man) Mr. Ashmuddin Sheikh(as told by herself), she simply threatened for compromise before 1st November (msg as per Mr. Ashmuddin sheikh).
again at 121 as on October 28th they says that instrument is out of stock. when i asked the permission to record her (Ms/Mrs. Marriam) said statement she transferred the call to senior person which was disconnected unattended after 20 mins.
kindly mention here the 'resolution' what you people have done instead of same statements democratically turned everytime & advice to go for appellate of your airtel. kindly advice me why shouldn't i go to the consumer court after this mental torture.
in addition please tell me how could you stop sending billing(hard copy) to the consumer. at 121 it was replied that we sent at your email. tell me AFTER whose permission you are allowed to stop the hard copy or is this the orders & directions of 'TRAI' or you people are preparing to put your game before hon'ble judiciary of Consumer Forum.
i request this time to take an action in the interest of consumer than to turn democratic way again.
