Airtel landline disconection

I have made a request to Airtel for my above no. land line cum broadband for disconection on 23-12-2009 vide ref. no. 113918642. After several reminder till date not disconected it and send avery mont bill for payment and call for payment daily.

So please take the action on my request positively.
