HI,
i am an user of airtel for quite few years.
i have a landline and broadband with no 011-45871679. The line is not working from 18th of September and i registered the complaint with customer care on 20th of September with complaint id 4354726 the most surprising thing from airtel is that from the next day itself the customer care says that the person from airtel visited your home and found that cable was damaged and it was replaced and the line is working now but actually nobody even has visited or even bothered to call on alternate number and this process continued for days then i filed a written complaint at 121@airtel.in and again kept on complaing but same response. Then i decided to get rid of airtel and requested for disconnection whose request no is 4685676 on which i got a reply that i will be disconnected in 7 working days. But nothing happened then i had written to higher authority on id appellate.ncr@airtel.in but no response till date.
now in this worst position my phone is not working and even i have to pay the bill which i will not.
kindly register my complaint and take high action
