With due respect, i kindly inform you that my airtel landline number is 011-45034418, Account number 15175884.I have facing lots of problem for last September to till date like there is no dial tone in my landline, internet is not working, Airtel customer support executive is not launch my complaints properly, i have shifted to my office Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic A-85 Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 TO Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic J-66, Rajouri Garden Main Market, Back side of Rudrakshi, Basement. New Delhi-110027 & I am not using airtel services last September to till date but Airtel is sending me a bill. Why i can pay airtel bill, If my landlines & internet is not working properly? Give me a proper reason Why I can pay a amount when airtel is not giving me a services. And I have already pay a Rs. 1100/- in Airtel Outlet as on 27 Jan 2011. I am calling to customer care lots of times but they are not satisfy me And Waste my time And I have run a Institute Students are facing a problem because they need a internet. I have facing a lots of problem so please take a strict action.
