Thumbs down Billing of disconnected Airlel Landline Phone

Dear Sir
I was a customer of Airtel for last four years. I was having Airtel landline phone with number 01145609667 Acc No. 11931168. I was planning to shift so I asked Airtel customer care to disconnect my landline. Later on they called me and requested me to resume my landline and promised me to transfer my landline free of cost and I was also assured to be benefited with discount of 20% in my existing plan for next six months. I agreed. This happened around 25th June, 2010. On 27th June, 2010 my landline stopped working. When I contacted customer care they could not give any proper answer. Later on I got a call from 9871734676 and was told that since there is no airtel network at my new place, my landline had been disconnected. I was ok with that. Though internet line was working. I used internet up to 15th July. After that , I shifted to my new address. My billing date is 22nd of every month. In the end of the month when my bill was generated, to my surprise I was asked to pay for whole month. When I contacted to airtel via email care.ncr@airtel.in and 121@airtel.in and got immediate responses and was provided with unique reference numbers. I was told that I would be contacted by their executives within three days. No one contacted me. Then again I sent mail to them and copied it to nodal.ncr@airtel.in. Again I was provided with some more unique reference numbers. Now I have buckets of unique reference numbers. When I contacted to their customer care via phone I was conveyed that according to their system my landline is still working. It was a big surprise for me and when I enquired about my unique reference numbers they told that server is busy and could not tell about the history of my reference numbers. For your record I have these so called unique(?) reference numbers: Qrc 1356999, 35580670, 35580872, Qrc 1386324 and 1149292. I want to know
1. What is the use of these reference numbers, if you don’t work on them?
2. Though my landline is disconnected, but still you are planning to send me bills every month to the address where I am not residing. Don’t you think it is failure in coordination of your staff?

I request you to generate my bill on prorate basis for last month. And also update your system that my landline has been disconnected.
I don’t want to have more reference numbers but solution. I am available at 09911855790.
Hope I will get some solution through this useful site.

Default What is your target???

Dear Airtel Executives

What happened? Till now you could not resolve the matter. How many more bills you want to generate before resolving the matter? What target your company has given to you and what is my share in that? Could you please tell me?

Default How can you be so inefficient????

Dear Friend
Again doing the same thing. Actually you are trained like that only. Go and get the money by hook and crook from your loyal customers.
I could not understand what do you mean by 23 Sep 2010. I didnt make any concern on 23rd. You are copying and pasting the same message to everyone. Just take care of the reputation(?) of your company. Do some sincere work.

My phone was disconnected on 27th June. And your team is working on it since then. Dont you think for doing such a small work your whole team is working for more than three months. What your top management can expect from your dull team. Thats why airtel is loosing its grip in the market.

Keep on posting.

Dear Rakesh
Would you please tell me how it has been resolved???
Why are you posting such fake answers? Better tell your company to change their policies. You will get nothing from it. By making such attempts you are losing a customer for lifetime for all of your services. And that is more costly to you.
