In the month of February 2011, there was some problem with my internet connection so i raised a complain with Airtel. The person who recieved my complain told me that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs or i would NOT have to make the payment for that month.
The issue was resolved after 5 days.
So i didnt make the payment for the month of February.
When Airtel guys called me, i explained them that i didnt make the payment because your person committed that the i won't have to make payment as the issue was not resolved in committed time. They agreed on that and then didnt call me for next one month.
Then i started receiving calls from the last week of April regarding the bill payment.
i asked them to open the complain which i registered with airtel and open the conversation with that i had with their customer care.
I raised many complains regarding the billing issue but they closed all the requests without even informing me.
Finally in the month of August, i raised a complain for Discontinuation of my internet service.
After receiving the complain they called me back and asked me not to discontinue the service and told me that they will give a waver of pending billing( so called the bill, otherwise that was not a genuine bill) and will clear the whole issue.
I continued the service.
Later i started receiving same calls regarding the bill and they didn't clear any billing issue.
So now i am going to file a case against Airtel for cheating and giving wrong information.
