sir, i was using bsnl landline whose no is (04712367155) due to some reasons i had to terminate the connection... during that time they promised me that they will refund my security deposit, which is about Rs 4024 with in 3 months... now it has got almost 8 months over till now they had not yet shown any kind of action against my solution.... as such on net i got the no of nodal officer at trivandrum circle.... they are not at all accepting ma call.... i request you to take necessary actions against them.... this is my kind request, now i dont know if govt authority is doing like this what the private companies will do.........
