Dear Sir,
I applied for shifting of BSNL land line connection 080-25222530 on 30th of April 2011. I called BSNL many times. They shifted it on 25th may 2011. They took a very long time for shift which should be a maximum of 7 days.Even on today they have not enabled the broad band connection on my phone. They say it will take 2 more days. I have faced a lot of trouble due to this. Please look into the matter
