BSNL becoming an govt telecom provider have no responsibility to provide the good network i hav lodged an complaint more than a month before to BSNL customer care that there is Network Problem in my area.. but till now they doesn't take any action till now... what to do now i don't know i also made a complaint to TRAI. Now i am waiting to see what TRAI and Consumer Forum can help me out from this problem..
