Dear Sir, I am very depressed by the service provided by BSNL broadband. I am very upset by the responses given by the complaint authority at district and regional level personnels. The phone line is clear but the dsl line does not remain constant. It connects for a few while and then gets disconnected continuously. The dsl does not remain constant for even 5 minutes.This is being going on since six months. These are the numbers to whom i contacted-02482-243434, 02482230785, 9423157457, 02482-242400, 9422217456, 9423157988, 9405063651,02482234000,18003451500, 9422219526.... all in vain. After getting fed up by by all the sources, this is the final way left out for me. Even now if my grievance is not entertained, I will not use bsnl services any more. I do not want to do so but its very sad on the part of BSNL as it has been trusted by the people for so many years, but now the happy days of BSNL are coming to an end. Please guide in this regard.
