Forgot to write my tele no in previous post my land line no is 0120-2657336. I took the connection in the month of july and only for broadband and purchased the modem for rs 2000 from bsnl but with the condition of the service and seeing the dedication a line man mr neerpal and a sdo mr irshad khan showing to their organisation. I am planning to disconnect the bsnl connection and go for some other service providers. Thank to the irresponsible people for whom a customer is wishing to leave the services of bsnl within 3 months. And if bsnl wants the modem i can give them as a gift with out charging a single rupee. But a responsible officer of bsnl should approach me.
