As i have a bsnl landline connection in house .It goes dead all the time during the rainy season so mostly whn we give the complanit they come after 2 to 3 days and whn they come mostly the complaints is cause of the cable ,They just come and join the cable and go as a result there r a total 14 joints for the cable and the reception is very bad .So today i went to tell the linemen to tell hime to replace the whole cable with new one so he told me to go and tell the person in charge tell him give the new cable so i went to get it whn i apporached the person he was very rude and told me its not his job to give the cable .hes job is to only accept the complaints and tht's it well so i asked him wat the problem to give the cable as the linemen is waiting at my home for the cable .So my question is wat is the problem in giving the telephone cable to me as its a very simple job but they dont want to do so whom should i complain of the staff attitudetowards such behaviour as it was a simple thing to just go and get the measured cable plz anyone can tell me its just to much all the time we r having a problem wuth the bsnl staff.
