Dear Sir,
I have installed BSNL Land line 4-5 month ago(no.01762280143).From the starting day I am facing problem of connectivity.From last02 month my landline not working on a single day.I requested to several time to concered deptt.but no action taken,it is also not clear that my complain registered or not.Finally I request them to disconnect the phone,but for that they also take several days.Finally today(17/06/10) my phone disconnecte but they also charged bill for not working days.I have also not received any bill during this period.
