Hello Sir,
i'm having the BSNL land line connection with no: 080-25618491 and subscribed for broad band also.
it was not working at all, even though we raised complaints no use. they will close those complaints after some time without any action.
the complaint numbers are as follows:

Request ID: 13111331010290004 ( via BSNl Portal)
Doc number: 1010/1076 ( via Bangalore telecom complaint)
we called somany times concerned officers but no use.

only one thing working is the Billing. every month on 14th the bills are getting generated and we are asked to pay the bills.

without providing the service how can they generate bills and asking to pay for this.

could you please help us how to proceed ?
