sir it is seen that the bill in Nagpur Maharashtra are sent through agency , they drop the bill in your mailbox. The bill dispatched on 9 Feb, for landline is received after the last date i.e. 23 feb. So the costumer has to pay the LATE FEE. This is the problem with BSNL and that agency who distribute the bill without costumers receipt, and collect the late fee minimum Rs 10/- per bill. If say on this day the bill distributed are 20000, the BSNL will collect at least Rs 2 lacs as late fee without doing anything. This is not good business tactics. Nobody is bothered that why the agency takes so much of time to distribute the bills in city limits , i.e. why it take 14 days ! Why it is so is that nobody going to lodge a complaint regarding this?

विषय-: सरकारी कर्मचारीओं के लिये 20 % सुविधा.

महोदय,
मैं युनियन बँक ऑफ इंडिया का कर्मचारी हुं, मैने B.S.N.L. BROAD BAND SERVICE, PACKGE - BB- HOME- ULD- 1350- PLUS- COMBO- MONTHLY PLAN DEC. 2010 को लिया है. जब प्लान लेते समय ' सरकारी कर्मचारीओं के लिये 20 % सुविधा. ' के लिये पूछताज कि, और Employee Latter, I Card Zerox लेकर गया, तब आपके कर्मचारीओंने अभी यह सुविधा लागू नहीं होगी, जब आपके ' दो माह के बिल ' भरणे के बाद यह सुविधा लागू होगी. यह कहा,
क्या यह बात सही है.
अगर सही नही हो तो मैने DEC. 2010 से Rs. 6,005 + MODEM CHARJES Rs. 1,350/- = Rs. 7,355/- आज तक के बिल्स अदा किये है, इसमे मुझे 20% DISCOUNT जो नही मिला, वह मिल पायेगा. मेरा Account No. 1013153241 है.
तथा, YOU TUBE पर VIDEO CLIP UPLOAD करते समय 50, 75,and 98 % तक होकर Disconnect होता है, यह कम्प्लेंट समय-समय पर श्री. पाटील ( मखमलाबाद सेंटर ) को दि थी, लेकीन कुछ भी आसर नही हुवा. सिर्फ एक VIDEO CLIP UPLOAD हुवी. ओभी लगातार 10 - 15 दिन बार- बार प्रयास करणे के बाद.
इस बारे में Dt.. 15/02/2011 को लेखी कम्प्लेंट दीई. लेकीन कम्प्लेंट देणे से कुछ नही होता यह आपके staff श्री. ढोकणे ने कहा है, क्या आपके कर्मचारीओं को यह बात शोभा देती है. इन्हे कुछ जीम्मेदारीया है या नही है.


Dt. 20/03/2011 से आज तक 30-45 मि. के बाद Internet Error 678 का Message आता है.

इस बारेमे " T.R.A.I." को मैल या खत भेज राहा हुं .
और " CONSUMER FORUM " को शिकायत दर्ज करे या ना करे यह आप 7 दिनोंके आंदर कृपया MAIL के जरिये सूचित करे.
