Its been over a month I appied for land-land connection (BSNL Noomati, Assam).
For past 3 weeks I have been visiting thier office daily. Everyday they have assuring that they will activate the connection but everything is in Vain.

Now I want to take some legal action against them. Plz guide me on how to do that.
