this is to inform you that we have bsnl landline post paid phone-05683-242361, got installed during Jan2010 at banarsidas new basti-post-Auraiya,Auraiya (dist).UP
from jan2010 on wards, we have received only one bill in the month of Feb2010.after that we have not received any bill and since last one month my phone also lying dead.
after several complaint nobody have come to get resume phone service from Auraiya bsnl office.

concern officer from auraiya bsnl office directed to go Etawah office and get printed bill and file complain for repairing and maintenance.

kindly if possible help us to either disconnect or repair my phone.

my(haritha paints) phone no is 0866 2564254.last month bill amount 3264.00 rs .please verify this bill.
every month our bill amount was 1120 or 1060 is coming. but in july month bill was came amount 3264.
