Dear Sir / Madam,
my landline no. is 0265- 2397498 . I have registered the complain on 30/06/2010 still no body have come to solve the problem. I have given the complain on 0265-2393333 many times and even told the lady sitting over there to take the complain on priority basis since my wife is hospitalised .I need the phone in working condition but the lady sitting over there does not even have the sense how to talk to the customer and is very rude.I have lastly talked with her on 07/07/2010 on 15.15 pm and when I asked her to give her superiors number she simply cuts the phone.
I think action should be taken with such employees who does have sense to understand customers problems .
I please request you to do the needful on urgent basis.
