I am Ranjeet Rangrao Ligade living in Karmveer colony, Rukadi. Tal: Hatkanagle Dist: kolhapur. My family is using the BSNl's landline connection for more than 5 years now. Since last 2 to 3 weeks we are facing serious distortion problem on the line. For the job purpose right now i am in pune and my mom & dad is living in rukadi. Due to this distortion problem my family is facing serious problem of voice distortion. My dad Rangrao Ligade put that problem in front of rukadi telephone exchange but they are just postponing the work & not doing any thing productive. please do something as we are missing very important calls from the other party.
