Sir/madam,

with due respect i beg to state that my name is dilip kumar batabyal, bsnl telephone no.-(033) 2679 8113. I have received my bill after due date very often. My latest bill is due dated 25-01-2012 but i received it 25th evening by postman. In my original bill i have seen that the concern post office ehich is kolkata depatched it by 23-01-2012. So how can i pay this bill????
And also the late fee which i have to pay on next bill but why should i pay the late fee??? These are happened in regular intervals. But my phone line is not ok and my hand set too. When i complained, they said that there are no set to exchange bla bla...

So please take rude & proper steps for this, otherwise i have to surrender the phone line.
