My LL (080-25612694)& Broad band is inactive for over 40 days now & I have registered a couple of complaints over the internet (Docket # KRK/CO/2010/1875) & Sl. No. 13111331005140032 ) also called in to all the possible numbers at BSNL Exchange, area line man, etc, (9448077777, 080-25612198, 8004241600, 80-22119010, 080-20111100,etc.)

I would also like to mention that I had a similar experience earlier this year which was resolved after 55 days.

Also for BSNL this wouldn't sound good to know that 4 of my neighbours have already disconnected their connections in the last 6 months ( K R Puram Extn, Ravindra Layout area)

I have been very regular in paying my bills even when i havent made use of it for many many days.

Hoping this issue to be solved at the earliest.
