Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that we had bought BSNL landline 5 years back. Since then we are having problem. After every 3 months it was disconnected due to some or the other reason. Even after disconnecting we had to pay complete bill amount.
After we had register complain in the main telephone exchange about the poor service. The sub station operator suggested us to go for different kind of instrument with new connection.
About above problem we discussed with senior engineer.

Since then after every five days we are facing problem of line not working. And the line operator is not bothered to provide us any service. So its clear case of negligence.
AND WE DON'T expect such things FROM BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM.
