    Respected sir,
    I john Philip dsilva want to lounge a complaint with you since my land line telephone for bsnl landline is gone dead for last 28 days . The complaint is already registered on the call centre as well as the 198 number for almost 25 days now .After registering the complaint on 198 number also no one comes from bsnl to help it is not only this time but every time I register a complaint on 198 number no one from bsnl is bothered ro even check . but if you give 50 rs to lineman the work is done within a minute. previously there were a few of my neighbours also had their phone dead like me for 28 days but now their phone is working. Because they had complaint to the general manager of bsnl through internet. But my phone is still not working. I am a retired government employee and my age is 75 now and also I have been operated for heart surgery (pace setter)for 10 years now. So my doctor has told me not to use the mobile phone. I can only use the land line phone as per doctors instructions. But bsnl phone is always dead in my house my son goes to work for night shifts god forbid if I get an medical emergency in night time I have no means to contact the doctor in the night. I also give good business to bsnl since my bill is always more than 900 rs per month. And I have always pay my bills on time so I don’t understand why when my phone line goes dead it is not repaired on time. The workers or line men from bsnl come and tell me that it is a technical fault from the exchange and go away and never come back. I am a senior citizen of india who has retired from mazgoan dock ltd company that was also a central government company but I never worked in this manner I always did my work sincerely.
    I don’t understand what is wrong with all the government companies that is why all the private companies are taking advantage of it and there will be one day when all the government companies like air india, bsnl will close down. So this Is high time to take action and tell your workers to be on their toes or else they will be left with no job on day. I think since my phone is not working for almost a month now I should also not be charged for my monthly bill. I will also forward this complaint to grahak manch (consumer forum)from my side to get a immediate reply.
    Hope so bsnl will help atleast this time.

    I Baliram N Jogadankar customer of BSNL landline no 08472-250817,have lodge a complaint on 2/07/10 regarding inconvenience in service (i.e our phone is dead),though by visiting frequently to concerned office of BSNL, till now their is no response form any of the BSNL employee, i.e today 2/08/10 is 30yeth day, please guide me over the situation or do the need full

    I ,Suresh Bhangale, customer of BSNL landline number 0251-2251561,have lodge a complaint on 6/09/10 and also on 27/09/2010 regarding inconvenience in service (i.e our phone is dead),though by visiting frequently to concerned office of BSNL, till now their is no response form any of the BSNL employee, i.e today 10/10/2010 . Its been more than 30 days now that my phone is dead. please do the need full.

    Default Lanline frerquently goes dead!!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have taken the BSNL landline connection for broadband use only on last year and since that my phone goes dead frequently.I have registered complaint so many time and every time lineman comes and tell it is the problem from line not from there connection box.I want to know upto what BSNL has responsibility of there landline means upto the user end instrument or the connection box.I think BSNL should have the responsibility end-to-end, not upto the connection box. Actually I lived at high rise apartment where my flate is at 7th floor. As I have already told this landline connection only for the broadband not for phone-use only because I am already having two mobile connections. So for this I have already beard the expanses of the internal wiring from the drawing room to study room at the beginning.
    So after every 15-20 days my and others apartment member's phone goes dead. And every time lineman doesnt do anything to solve and just tells it is the problem of yours not from the connection box. So every time we calls the electrician (who is not the skilled person in telecom line)and make the telephone worked. Some times it happened during the solving of own problem others get affected. So my request is please do the BSNL job by own only not to leave to others.

    Angry Bsnl Mobiles in Vasai

    Dear Sir,
    It is very sad to say that the people of vasai are suffering with regard to bsnal mobile phones.One hardly gets net work of bsnl. Have you SOLD the vasai area to the private operators? The national companay is loosing lakhs of rupees revenu everyday in vasai. Is the bsnal so incompetantant that they can not restore the net work for months together? Or just because it is a govt.run company and therefore take it easy?
    Can you do something to ease the trouble of the coustomers?

    My Greetings to You. We are having th BSNL broad band at our home (Tel. No. 0251 260 01 79) at Kansai Section Ambarnath. Since its installation, the broad band service is having problems. We have made the complaint at serveral times. But it has no effect on the improvement of the service. I request you to kindly look in to the matter & solve our Problem once for all. Hope you will do the needful at the eairlst.

    My landline connection no 0250-2587409 has internet facility. Its been ages since the same has worked. Repeated line-cuts and non-availability of crucial internet facility is causing huge inconvenience. Please please do something. we are well into 21st century.

    Out landline tel. no. 2321069. is not working for the past 1 month. We have lodged the complaint around 10 days back through online email and till now no response from your side. I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter as without landline connection it is extremely difficult for us to communicate.
