i m bsnl wll holder from kiratpur distt. bijnor.. my no is 01342-295040.. i have not receive my telephone bill for 3 month and my phone is not working from 3 month.. i went in telphone exchange but they did not any response. in spite of i went bijnor telephone exchange and deposit my outstanding bill....... they said my phone will be start in 2 hours but phone is not start yet

please sir it is my hardly request to take action towards kiratpur telephone exchange otherwise i'll cut my no in 2 days...
