We are using a BSNL landline with broadband option.. Plan is "BB 500 C+ Combo".. BSNL has announced changes which gives extra free calls from 50 to 250.. w.e.f 18th March 2010.. Till now our bill is showing as 50 free calls alone. I went to rajahmundry office but no one is giving a proper response and everyone is asking me to go from pillar to post.. Finally one person asked me to write a written complaint to general manager as he said no one will respond properly. What kind of response is this..
