I had a landline phone at Baroda, which was surrendered and disconnection request given. Have acknowledged copy also. Same was redone since the phone was not disconnected. Despite that, now I have got a bill and instead of getting back deposit submitted, I am being asked to pay the bill.. How this can be settled?
