It is brought to your notice that the bill disclosed in my phone ID and personal ID, Rs.524/- been paid from ICICI Bank transaction reference number: 0172785162 & Receipt no: 888880806947 dated 25 Aug 10.

But My obligation is that the same has been surcharged from me as the cable fault was occurring from 22 Jul 2010 to 18 Aug 2010 my BSNL local office complaint no:81 dated 23 Jul 2010.

Next obligation is that how BSNL can send the bill for the line which are not working and intimated the same with official complaint of cable fault.

Why is not BSNL auto detection line fault whether the line is working or not before making the individual bill for the given periods.

I would highly oblige and grateful if you rebate the amount Rs. 524/- shown above Nevertheless, I will raise lodge the complaint to consumer court. However, Expecting kind co-operation on the issue risen by me immediately and necessary directive may be given to concern account officer of Visakhapatnam and copy may be acknowledge to me in my email address.

I am Bharat S Patel I am using BSNL Land Line no 27773124 from last 8 years.It has given me from DLC Ghatlodiya but since last four months my phone not working and i am not receiving incoming call and sometime it was totally down.I already complains up to Aria Manager but no result so I have to close my broadband connection and now I want to close this landline connection.

through this medium i want to bring into your notice the problem being faced by me due to the carelessness of BSNL Authorities....
i m a resident of ludhiana..
i m living in RISHINAGAR, NEAR BSNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE....
my house no. is 8-C...
my landline connection is nt working from the past month...
and no action has been taken by the officials till now...
even the broadband connection is giving a huge problem...
my sister lives outside india...
i need to make video calls to her..
bt nt possible..
moreover i m an online broker....
i need to do much of the trading on the net.
i hv registered too many complaints in the head office but no positive action has been taken yet by them.
