I had booked a new connection more than two weeks ago, I had given all required documents, filled the form & paid a advance fees of Rs.200/- to Mr. Kaushal Kumar,
It is very frustrating to do a followup on daily basis, and such kind of harassment with a new customer, i do not know what kind of services I should expect from BSNL.
I had booked it on 12th Sep & today it is 5th october, till now I have not yet received my landline.
According to the line man he is not aware about the line from where it is coming & which line belongs to my flat, he is asking me to get a marking done on the line which belongs to my flat else he can not put the connection. How come there are more than 200 connections active in the society, how come line man had provided the connectivity for these active connections, 7 is not aware about the present line of a society where he is workng on daily basis, it is nearly a month that I am facing harassment initially by the DSA & now by BSNL. I just had booked a broadband connection & I never expected so many challenges for a mere connection.
I humbly request you to resolve my issue at the earliest.
