Dear Sir,

I the customer of BSNL at konch(Dist.-Jalaun(U.P)). Whereas, i am receiving wrong bill regular.

The dispute had occur from the Feb.2010 and then continue to the month...as on. By oct, as i had receive the bill of July-2010 month in which again the printed bill amount is also wrong.For this i went back to the telecom exchange(Local,by 2nd oct(last week)).

The concerned person is JTO (Brijendra Kumar) of that office is young but behave very rudely beside listening the matter.He is continue to his word-You should have to pay the lump-sum amount which is printed in the bill(whether wrongly,default or due to technical problem in the system).I had even told him to make it re-correct and sent me my corrected bill again. As the last date of billing the amount is Oct-13.. and letter on it `ll ask for paying the late fees amount.

For the same, I had words with the account section by yesterday in the evening (tiwariji, had told me there is no-doubt for the payment of bill.you `ll have to pay the same as given amount in the bill).Beside this i had mail to the dist. level officer(by 7-oct) given at the webpage of the bsnl site (pg_ori@bsnl.co.in).But no reply received from there also.

He is also saying that the toll free no.of consumer forum 1800-11-4000. is wrong(only of 10 digits) which use to be show in the Advertisement of "Jago Ghrahak Jago". He had told me to see," i am making call at the same no..which is actual not in work". What should they do?"Kuch nehi hota..
uska toh koi astitva bhi nehi h..U.P. me. No 1 recognize this cell in this state.

whereas my calculated amount differs to 92 rupees.

Sir, I therefore request you to please provide me your mail-id.So that i`ll mail the same, which i had mailed to the dist.telecom officer.for rectifying by interfering in the matter for re-correcting my bill.So that i`ll pay the actual amount of my bill.

I really want you to please, show me the way for getting the right judgment.
