Sir, My Phone is not working since transfer from 9th Sector,KK nagat to 12th Sector.KK nagar during April !st week.Actually I have submitted transfer applicatcation on 16th March 2010.The connection was delayed more than two weeks, informed by BSNL stops delays due to not availbilty of junction box.I have also submitted a appliction form to refund the billing amount for not working period.But till there is no refund the amount in my account.From transfer I am using only internet and for emergency also I am not able to use the phone as it is not working. It is requested to solve both the problems as early as possible.
