it has been 2 weeks my father has been complaining to the bsnl office at KARAIKAL (Kumbakonam district in TN) my internet and landline connection are dead but nobody is answering properly!!

everyday, it's "the cable guy is on vacation, call him tomorrow" (i don't understand why the consumer still have to call the cable guy himself wasting his cell phone although he has registered a proper complaint, shouldn't the bsnl staff do the necessary steps themself and not ask the consumer to call the cable guy??!!) or "oh we will fix the problem right now sir" and nothing is done!

the office staff doesn't come before 11 or 11:30, and the lunch break come soon at 12:30 or13:00, and then they re-open late to close by 4:30 or 5 max! it's a headache to just go there everytime and ask again and again the same question!! only people who knows the staff get their problems solved quickly! is it normal?
