Hi ,

I am writing this email with great despair and utter apathy. I am so much mentally harassed and tortured in the hands of such uncivilized staff members of your organization – BSNL that it is high time I revisit my decision of dragging all the people responsible to the Consumer affairs.

I, a common civilized citizen of the Indian Democracy, feel so much ashamed that our government office bearers are so irresponsible.
I am been allotted telephone number – 2216175. This number is in a “DEAD” state since July 2010. I am shocked at the untoward negligence on the part of all the staff members responsible for this.

I would like you all, gentle wise learned people, to take strict action against all the people responsible for this act. If your staff members are unable to track down the issue then in any case there is no point in employing such un-technical staff. I have personally tried contacting your staff members many a times but all my efforts went un-noticed and in vain.

I, Neha Gera, am working as a Senior Manager in reputed Software Company in Chandigarh. I am not sure if you even are made aware of the ground realities that how much a common citizen is harassed at the hands of such uncivilized and uneducated people. They never listen to your complaints properly and try to hush up the facts. They are a whole bunch of lie – mouth people.

Please let me know if I need to mark a copy of this email to any other wise person so that my case is initiated and my landline number be restored on UGRENT basis,
Also, lastly, I would like you to take strict action against all people responsible for this and they be labeled as “blacklisted” staff members.
