Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, sir I Shiv Dutt Pathak , Account no. 1014936311 & Ph no.2560164 residence of surya colony, sehatpur extn , Faridabad, recently I got my online bill for the month of March and I was shocked the my bill amount is Rs.6855.00 after ****ysis my bill online I found the my night usage for the whole month is being charge by BSNL. I tried your customer care to raise a complaint by every time I call they disconnect the phone that was really annoying for me .Here I have few more issues which are unresolved which I want to mention to you .

1. I am a Central Govt. employee and submitted my documents (service certificate and letter from Battalion ) at NHPC office on 06-Jan 2011t o avail 20% discount on my broadband usage but my discount is not been updated in my last to bills , so please allow me the waver of 20 % on my broadband usage on my last 2 bills.

2. My Broadband connection had been install on 18 Dec 2010 , according to BSNL website all customers will get a waiver on broadband installation charges for 90 days from 3 Dec 2010 , but it was charged and included in my Jan Bill NO . 10149363110001 dated 27/1/2011,Complaint no. 1002193605 dated 04-Feb-2011 Please allow a waiver for the same .

3. Bill no. 10149363110003 dated 08/03/2011 billed amount Rs.6855 in which all my night usage is been charged for the whole month of Feb because of your “reconfiguring Broadband Plans in the IT system” I am attaching my usage excel sheet for the same.

I am fed up by calling your Cust. care , 2250803(no. given by your cust. care executive a long time back), 2224001,2290561,2281156, 9466000319(Mr. Bare Lal A.O,I called him 5 times for waver on Broadband installation charges and discount on BB usage and every time he said it will be done in next bill).

So finally I decided to write my complaint directly to you . Your kind corporation and response will be highly appreciate

Note already send a copy of this e-mail to nodal officer 7 days back but still no response from their side , that's a pathetic service from BSNL even i can't see any BSNL representative here
