    Dear sir,
    My landline phone is dead since last one month, the problem is not shortouted yet insted of complaining again and again. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible so that i can enjoy the unintrrupted service of yours. My landline no is : 0120-2703816.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    This is to Inform you that I (*Vineet Pandey, R/o D-56, II Floor, Rajdhani
    Park, Nangloi, Delhi - 110041*) am using your connection no.
    *01125181527 *since
    last more then 10 years.
    My connection is not working from last 3 months, and regularly i am
    launching a complaint, but its not rectified yet. And every month
    I am filling the bills without using the connection.
    Its my humble request, kindly get it rectified ASAP.
    If possible please remit the charges of last three months also.

    Default Airtel Land Line Not Working

    This is in regards to our PRI phone line, A/C no. 13706624 with the landine
    phone no. 0124- 4528600 on the name of Oasis Technosoft Pvt Ltd. Since
    yesterday our PRI lines are not working due to some line issue from your end.
    I had already locked a complaint yesterday for the same, having the complaint
    no.46713674. I spoke with Ms. Jyoti who assured me to get this issue resolve by
    yesterday. When the issue was not resolved again I called customer care & spoke
    with Anuj. But he also given me some staunchly excuses.I clearly told them that
    we want this issue been resolved by yesterday evening but since then till today
    morning nothing had been done. I would say this types of your services are
    making us unsatisfied. Due to this ph line issue we are bearing a very big
    losses in our business as this makes our office functions unoperational and we
    are not having any other alternate ph line in our office. We really can't bear
    this down time.

    I would request you to kindly do the needful asap.Also how airtel would like to compensate our daily loss which is accuring due to this type of service.
