    Default Complaint about Airtel customer service

    I am writing this complaint out of intense frustration and disappointment in airtel customer service. Their way of customer service is diaply of sheer incompetence.

    7 (21-Jan) days back I had created a ticket (#42232102) about my landline (Account# 15648296) not ringing, there was dialtone but when some one called phone didn't ring. They came and checked it wasn't a problem with handset. Next day they did something with the line and since then landline is not working at all.

    My wife called them 2-3 times and they said they are working on problem. Today upon calling we got to know that they closed the ticket saying problem is fixed. This is so furstrating, and there is no accountability for it in Airtel. They won't reopn the same ticket. It seems like I am getting into a never ending cycle of creating new ticket after 2-3 days. I demamded to speak to supervisor, person on line disconencted. It happened 3 times with 3 different customer service people. What kind of shit company Airtel is.

    I don't what I can do to get it fixed if they just keep on closing the ticket without proper resolution. This way of dealing is unethical and shows irresponsibility, incometence. Any suggestions? else I'd need to look for new service provider.

    Default Airtel land line complaint

    we were told that line will be fixed by Sunday afternoon. No one has turned up till now. We called up customer care and it seems that they take customer for a fool and know just one line. "We are sorry, we'll get it fixed". Disconnect my line if you don't have enough people who can fix my line.

    Can't believe Airtel is such a lousy customer service.

    Default complaint

    i, manjunatha have been using the airtel broadband and requested many times to change the browsing plan. but no one is responding to that, and we had also requested to send the usage bill to my email, still now we had no any steps are taken.

    Default Network problem

    Sir
    My no is 9567242833. I am from Vatakara in kerala circle. I Have been complaining to the airtel customer care center repeatedly regarding poor network for the past six to eight months. Now it seems the tower i was to able to access got impaired.
    i have already registered complaint regarding the issue, but there is no response. i
    Please address my grievance as early as possible. i am frustated with the response and is looking to apply for portablity and hence suggest all move out of this irresponsible company.

    sir,
    i an having airtels friends card, for which i get 100 msgs free daily after deduction of 1 rs. today on 28th july.. 5 rs. were deducted for 4 msgs. when i made a call to customer care, the representative "ashish" was not talking nicely.. he told me that i hv sent an international mgs. i dont know after sending so many messages to same number how it suddenly became an international number. airtel is cheating by using bad servers.. and airtel should also train his representatives how to talk to customers.. i have not sent any ISD message..

    Default airtel customer service incompetent or cheats

    i had shifted my fixed line and broadband connection to a new residence, at the time of the disconnection the airtel customer service told me initially that it would take 20days to transfer the connection. i told that i would like to disconnect the service and go with another service provider. the airtel people called me back and informed that it will not take that long and it can be sorted in a couple of days if not they will deduct from next bill, the amount for the number of days that i didnot have service. my service was disconnected on the 25th of july, and not a promised i got connnected on the 10th of august 2011 pm.
    at that time again they assured me that my next bill be total minus the amount for the days of no service. in this case 15 days. As promtly my next bill for the whole amount, without any deductions.

    on the very day of receiving the bill i called the customer service personnel and explain the situation and the lame brain agreed and gave me a complaint ref no and an interaction number. he promised that i will get call the very same day. After not receiving any call from airtel, i contacted the airtel customer care service(second) time and as before it was promised that it will taken care of . nothing happened, i made another call ,the third time, and the next moron gave another complaint no 2725834 and interaction no 118225254. and as usual said that i will get a call the same day. i strongly pointed out to him that it was nearing my bill due date and i needed to sort the issue. not response yet. i got a call yesterday, the 6th september about the pending bill and i explained to him the whole situation again but in vain.
    today , 7/9/2011. i have received a bill with late payment of rs 75 and also the next bill.

    i cannot understand if it is that the airtel personnel are plainly stupid or if it is a cleverly thought and well trained procedure to cheat customers of their money.

    since it is impossible to find any person, who is willing to give me an answer to solve the problem or i am simply to accept that i have been dubbed.my account no 558851826

    Default wrongly cut my balance

    i am customer of airtel. recently i have activated 1 Gb pack( rs.98 on 12th October) that time i have 94rs. balance(talk time) in my account. after activation i brouse internet at 7.30 p.m to 9.00pm then i got message that account balance is 0.0. i asked customer care regarding above he assured me to return my balance didn't return. i request you to please check my account on that day.

    Default Wrong billing of Airtel

    My land line number is 044 47431256. I changed my plan to Rs.250 from unlimited plan, since i was out of station from october2010. But from feb-2011 i received bill of Rs.2700 approximately for each month without using it. Even i unplugged modem and everything but my bill readings showed that i am using for 24 hours a days. Even after some complaints the airtel customer didnt provided any solutions. Then in july-2011, i moved to unlimited plan fully (RS.599) but i received a bill of Rs. 17000 per month.

    After so many request to disconnect my connection, they finally disconnected in october-2011 only. Now with the help of gundas they are calling and threatening to pay the amount.

    Kindly take necessary action or criminal and consumer case will be filed against airtel

    Default Complaint against Airtel customer care service

    Hello sir,

    I am writing this complaint letter against airtel customer care service for our landline broadband connection. Our internet connection is not working, i had raised a request in airtel customer care, the first executive name as Gaurav kumar noted a wrong information on Oct 17,2011 and on oct 18th one executive came for visit named Amit. he did not do anything just keep talking badly to my sister and finally does nothing, he asked us to change the modem. We purchase new modem and try to connect, nothing is happening.On Oct 19th early morning my sister complaint about the same in airtel customer care service on 198. till by evening on Oct 19th 2011 no body came to visit, but when we again called them in evening around 7:30 PM, they informed us that our system displays that an executive name as Anand has visited,and problem has been solved. We again told them that no body came to visit and we are still facing issues with our internet connection as like previous. they again said that we are going to escalate this and someone visit by 20th oct to your address. but again today Oct 20th no body came and they are keep repeating the previous words saying that our system has been updated and it shows that Anand has visited to your home. we are not able to get a good response and a sooner services from airtel. Kindly take action against them asap.
