I am writing this complaint out of intense frustration and disappointment in airtel customer service. Their way of customer service is diaply of sheer incompetence.
7 (21-Jan) days back I had created a ticket (#42232102) about my landline (Account# 15648296) not ringing, there was dialtone but when some one called phone didn't ring. They came and checked it wasn't a problem with handset. Next day they did something with the line and since then landline is not working at all.
My wife called them 2-3 times and they said they are working on problem. Today upon calling we got to know that they closed the ticket saying problem is fixed. This is so furstrating, and there is no accountability for it in Airtel. They won't reopn the same ticket. It seems like I am getting into a never ending cycle of creating new ticket after 2-3 days. I demamded to speak to supervisor, person on line disconencted. It happened 3 times with 3 different customer service people. What kind of shit company Airtel is.
I don't what I can do to get it fixed if they just keep on closing the ticket without proper resolution. This way of dealing is unethical and shows irresponsibility, incometence. Any suggestions? else I'd need to look for new service provider.
