Dear Sir,
My Name is P B Golani, residing at 2,Pujyapark soc., Chhani Jakatnaka, Vadodara. Today Dt.16-07-2010. my landline telephone No. 0265-2774017 was dead after 4.30pm. I tried from another phone to connect it, then one unknown person had started to talk with me(I have bill print of STD Booth as a proof). I ask him about his No., so he said his No. 0265-2775595. That means my no. is started to his home by cable fault. I had complaint about this matter on 197, the operated ask me to complain about it on 2773333 or 2772284 or 2760001 (Nizampura exc.) I ring multipal time both the first two nos. from 5.30pm. to 6.15p.m. but nobody was received my call. I further call to 197 at 6.10p.m., the operator ask me to loged the compl. on 198. I loged my complaine.

But, Sir my problem is that my complain will be solve tomorrow or letter. If the person, who is knowing that my No. is connected to his home, use my no to call for illigal work or personnel call to abroad, then who will responsible for it.

Because the responsible persons are always go away before office time.
