I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 5 years and there services and billing is really ridiculous. My complaint is regarding billing only. Last year on 19th september 2009 i had given my request for change of bill plan from airtel superlite to talk 125 and i even recieved a message frm 121 that my plan has been change with effectiive from 22nd September. Even on my bill they showed that my current plan till date is talk 125. but wen i saw bill pan rental and call charges that was all according to previous bill plan only , i.e. airtel superlite. I noticed this thing in januray and since then i m regularly talking to airtell executives and they always say that they do not have any records. Although i still have that message saved in my phone from 121 regarding change of bill plan. wen i didit gt any responce from airtel i stopped paying the bill and then dey disconnected my no. then they had levied late fee charges also on my no. My second complaint is regarding my Airtel Landline. i am using airtel landline since 6 months. Since last 3months they have started charging me for some service of aortel pc secure which i have not activated. wen i went to airtel office they told me to pay the bill deducting the ammuont for airtel pc secure of rs 85/-. Now this month they have charged me late fee for not paying the full ammount last month however i had payed my lastbill on time (i have the recipt for that even). i am a ciustomer from India at present i am on a visit to LONDON.i will be away from India for about six months before coming to London .I am using Airtel pc secure monthly plan for more than a year. before coming to London I went to the Airtel office at BEGUMPET ,HYDERABAD,INDIA and requested the incharge to discontinue my broad band connection and as well as airtel pc secure.with effect from 17th/8/2010 I was informed that intimation reg the discontinuation would be sent after a week. It is more than 10 days but I see that airtel pc secure is still on which shows that the pc secure is not discontinued i am afraid I will be billed for the same in my absence without using the same.I request the concerned to look into the matter immediately and discontinue the airtel pc secureif not done already. In thisconnection would like to inform that I have written mails to 121 airtelindia.com but I have not recieved any positive information or reply todate except generated mail saying that they will take up the matter and come back ithin 24 hours Seshikala(broad band a/c14827031) email id skhali@rediffmail.com |
