Hi,

I have purchased 8 telephone lines from airtel and have given the cheque to airtel on 28th of may and the same has been presented in the bank and cleared too.. I am still struggling to get my lines, have been calling the customer representative who is now AVOIDING our calls and giving us false commitements that the same will be done within a day or two... we are following up the same with airtel from past more than a month now and it is to my sheer surprise that a company like airtel is providing this kind of customer service. The concerned person Mr Amar Pal Tomar is now avoiding our calls and saying that if he is not bothered if we go ahead and do a complaint also..this kind of customer service is not at all expected from a company like airtel as Mr Amar Pal Tomar is representing the name of the organisation.
Please help us in getting out of this mess as we are incurring heavy losses in our business on daily basis and is a kind of mental pressure on us by airtel...though i have launched a complaint to airtel customer care also but no one has paid any heed to our words and they all are not giving me any satisfactory solution to my issue.
