I am using landline number 0731-4246281. My services has been blocked by airtel. When spoke with customer service team, they informed my that I have not make any payment since last 2 month.

I inform them that this payment has been made thru cheque number 800303 of IDBI bank on
7/10/2011 for Rs. 3000/- and this cheque has been cleared thru my bank account.

In spite of making payment airtel are not taking any action to reactivate the services
