    all these are low qualti because bsnl sdo demand more money from company provider for sale company default modam & handset throw bsnl .



    so bsnl can't provide best service to customer

    Default Internet Speed Issue

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that my net in not working from two weeks but no buddy will interest to resolve my complaint i had called so many times to customer care but no one can resolve it........so please resolve this otherwise i will go to disconnect my internet connection. please help to resolve the issue quickly.

    Default net is not working

    dear sir ,
    i would like to inform your , last 1more than one month my net is not working properly some time it disconnect after few minutes and some time it does't connect . Many time i had complaint regarding this problem but no solution provided . Customer care excutives allways saying problem will be checking but still same issue and sdo of manimajra says its the lan problem so only one employe here for repait it ann he is on leav or from 17 sector"s executive can repair this problem..................
    We are not here only for paying you bill if due to some reason we dont get telephone bill or some other reason with in one day in due date connection is disconnected . If company can't take some time for customer so why allways customer have to suffer .......
    My am is not here count the companys fault only here want to please provide better service to customer as he says in big proud its National level telecome service provider so i dont think so there should be so delay to resolve the problem and one month is too enough.

    Angry wanted a new connection

    i want to say that i disconnected my internet connection on 2nd aug as of unavailability of computer as my son went to hyd for higher studies but after 2 day my son gifted a pc in my home so i filled a form for new internet connection but then they said old case was not cleared so they cant give us the new connection. so i waited for the old case to cleared i got call from bsnl about the same issue and asked me about the reconnection too. they said new connection will be given in 7 days but now its 25th nothing was happened in this pertiocular problem kindly look into this matter...and do the need full
