    IAM THE HOLDER OF TELEPHONE # 040-23155522

    I am the Holder of Telephone Connection No.040-23155522. I am facing lot of Problem with my Phone since more than ONE Month.My Husbend is bedridden.No body is there to go round your Offices in Hyderabad. Regarding Rectification of my Telephone fault, though we made several Complaints, no body has bothered to attend the Complaint for more than 20 Days.Even after rectification also my phone is getting disturbance.But it was not rectified even after several Complaints.

    ANOTHER PROBLEM:

    Last year I have paid Advance Rental.I am feeling it is not feasible.I have not made any option for Advance rental.Your officers here have Billed for Advance Rental.I made several phone calls regarding its reversal.But not Reversed.One of my friend has made a request for reversal of the Advance Rental.At your customer service at Squandered have informed to give a Written Complaint.I made several Efforts to make a complaint through Mail,since no body is there to go, since my Husband is Bedridden.

    I have searched entire site of yours.i could not find any complaint form or mail ID of any of your officers in Hyderabad.Hence there is no other go except to contact you sir.It is very funny that major web service provider is maintaining in such a way.We are very sorry to point out.


    I am requesting you GOOD-SELF to kindly direct the Officers for reverting the Annual Advance Rent.Because of this reason I have not Paid the Bill,since your officers have not accepted Payment without Annual Rent.

    Default Mobile in Hyderabad not showing any network.

    Sir I am staying in Begumpet moving within the city like ABIDS, Punjagutta, Jubilee Hills, etc. but my post paid mobile connection is not getting connected to most of the numbers. While connecting the call get disconnected showing the message as network busy. The mobile shows only one or two line of network.

    Now from 20 days I and my wife facing the problem, as we both have BSNL connection. While calling the customer care the phone is getting disconnected. Therefore my request is to please solve the problem.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a subscriber to your broadband service for almost a year now, I live in Candolim Goa and have been experiencing constant difficulties with your service. I have taken an unlimited subscription and my internet does not work for 4 days in a week, I am regularly calling the offices in Panjim (The number is always engaged and difficult to get access) the Calangute exchange takes my complain and does nothing about it, till I call repeatedly, this is unacceptable service and frustrating, unfortunately we have no other choice, but to use your unsatisfactory service. I would like to speed up my internet connection, but with your pathetic service,this is of no consequence.

    Could you please address this problem immediately and respond to me by email, as soon as possible.

    Sir,

    I, D. Kalavathi, have been using BSNL landline service Ph. No. 040-27120441 for more than 10 years. But these days, both your landline and broadband services have completely failed to provide good service. To add trouble to it, is the kind of customer service response we have.

    I have been registering so many complaints since 6 months or so regarding landline and broadband problems. But the problem always recurs and now at last when they say that theres some cable fault that needs to be repaired, it just does not happen even after 4 days of complete phone dead.     Please let me know if you can help and give me a permanent solution to this.

    Question Un necessary charching from my account

    sir/ Mada..
    i am using BSNL prepaid Mobile service since2005.. i didnt have any probelem, ever before.. but now i have lots of problem from the company itself..what can i do against it.. i used to get unneccessary calls from BSNL and i have subscribed for Astrology, chat service, Mobile RAdio and all. now i dont want to use any more these services since i dont get any uses. i have send unsubcribe message to BSNL customer care many time it was never accepted and when ever i send SMS to Customer care i t wasn;t sent but stored in Outbox.they have made such a system with my number and..they are charching for these services and some more whioch are are not subscribed..all the time they send me a sms saying ur account is deducted Rs10/20/5/30 for so and so service what do with this how to unsubscribe all these services..plese send me areply to my mail id..i dont know how to puul the BSNL servants to Cunsumopr courts. can anyone help me to fk out the BSNL service..please i would be very happy if you can help me finding out solution for these problems..

    I have 10 nos BSNL Land line (044-27156890-99). I have the problem in 4 numbers passt 2 month.
    Also i was complaint to sriperumbudhur bsnl office but still this line problem not rectified whenever i called to that service person his told i will come...i will come like that otherwise his not pickup the phone from our side so please kindly help to me.

    Angry complaint for poor service

    Hi,

    This is Keyur Damle, I am a bsnl mobile user, i had called bsln customer care and had word with 3 executives for gprs settings for my mobile, before 2/3 days, but yet i didn't receive any setting, and that's why i m not satisfied with your service so do the needful, and send me the gprs setting as soon as possible, or otherwise i have to complaint in consumer court.My contact no. is 9421843902.

    Default Poor 3G Service

    I am using 3G SIM from long time.I have HTC make Desire Z cellphone model which is 3G enabled.But problem is that,when the notification in my cell is 2G then network is full but when notification is 3G the network is zero.And another side when 2G internet connection is active its suddenly converted to 3G and then connection is been lost.I want to say that,from 5 month BSNL cant send me the setting of 3G for my handset.i called to customar care for atleast 20-30 times,but they dont solve my problem.This is a service of a such branded telecom company.

    I had applied for new broadband connection in bangalore with work order number 47058472 on 21/06/2011. But till today no connection has been provided. Its almost three months has been passed and no connection has been provided although it was promised that we would get a new connection within a week while booking. when enquired, there is an irresponsible response there is no stock of wire, cable, instrument, modem and directed to purchase from open market.

    Please initiate appropriate action against erring officers in this regard and direct them to provide connection.

    sir i am harinder singh vpo bhadson (ram singh nao ) teh nabha distt patiala.
    i m using landline no. 01765260025 for internet since june 2010 in indevisual account. i have i am govt emloyee in education department.when i had taken this no. it is considered in the govt plan which is given the facility of 20% discount in the bill value.
    but they have not given me any discount till date.
    i went to the bsnl office several time but they have not given me any postive responce.

    Please initiate appropriate action against erring officers in this regard and direct them to provide 20% discount from the fist bill.

    Default BSNL LANDLINE NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 15 days

    Respected Sir

    I'am customer of BSNL since last 10 years.But I'am facing lots of problem since last 15 days.The phone is not working from many days and BSNL Broadband connection is also not working.I have been complaining from many days.I have also visited the office three times but the response is not appreciable.Even after filing complaints no service is available.So I kindly request you to do the concern.

    Moreover the line is having lots of joints so they become problematic .So I request you to replace the old line with the new one.

    mene 3 month pahle avedan kra tha lekin Aaj tak mujhe Conection nahi diya gaya mera DD bhi kata ja chuka he 23/09/2011 ko . me JTO,SDO, DE SABHI SE sampark kar chuka hu 100 meetar cabal ka bahana banaya ja rha he .kam karne ko koi raddy nahi he . mujhe bavkuf banate huve 3 month ho chuke he . sare dist. ke oficer se bar bar nivedan kar chuka he kya Aap In muftkhoron ko kam karne ka tarika bataayege

    SIR I AM THE HOLDER OF BSNL TELEPHONE NO. 0562-2640121 . I HAD APPLIED FOR THE BROADBAND CONNECTION 3.5 MONTHS BACK . I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED THE MODEM FROM BSNL ONLY . WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL MY PHONE THEY STARTED THE PHONE AND SAID THAT WE WILL COME AND START THE INTERNET TO. TILL TODAY MORE THAN 100 TIMES I HAVE VISITED THE BSNL OFFICE AND TILL NOW MY INTERNET PHONE IS NOT STARTED AND INSTALLED BY BSNL. EVERY MONTH I AM RECIVING BILL FOR WHICH I AM NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE ..I AM VERY ANOID AND DISTURB BY SEEING THE SERVICES PROVIDE BY BSNL TO CUSTOMER .. confused: PLEASE TELL ME FOR WHAT REASONS I AM PAYING TO THEM .. TILL NOW I HAVE PAID THEM RS. 3819 VIDE CHQ NO.266950 CANARA BANK , SANJAY PLACE , AGRA ..DT. 05.12.2011.. I WANT TO COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT THAT IS THIS WORTH DOING WITH THE CUSTOMERS BY BSNL COMPANY . PLEASE REGISTER MY COMPLAIN AND I WANT RIGHT RESULT FOR US .. OTHER WISE I WILL GO IN COURT ..
