Iam putting across this Complaint from Bangalore against Reliance Communications.My Service UserId is 367478190523.Iam using Reliance Broadband with a land line connection.I had the worst of worst experience with Reliance communications.
Firstly the recent issue Iam facing is on the billing. I requested for the Itemized Bill for the Bill No. 282076653303 and Bill Date 23-01-2010. I used my phone for Official purpose and as the amount was more I need to claim the amount from my Company. For this I need to furnish the Itemized Bill marking the numbers, without which I will not get the amount reimbursed. But the executive stated that I need to activate the service priorly to get the Itemized Bill and I will not get for the Bill Dated 23-01-2010. Please understand that I need to provide that particular bill for reimbursement and there is no use activating the Service in future. All Service Providers in India provide the Itemized Bill as and when the Customer requests for the same. It is right of every Customer to know and get his Itemized bill when requested and denying is against the "Right To Information" of the Customer and is not a better Customer Service. It gives a suprise to me that if I call asking for the status of the Complaint the Executive says that the Complaint is closed. How can the complaint be closed without resolution and my consent?
Also the samething happened to me for the month of bill dated 23-May-2010(Complaint No:-128709333,128709503),my phone usage amount was more, I wanted to check the reason so I asked for itemized bill for that month the Customer Care denied saying I'll not get the Itemized statement for previous month I should place the request before the bill gets generated.How will I know that usage is more as apart from me my family memebers will also be using? Now somehow I managed to get the Itemized Bill from one of my friend working in Reliance Communications.Now when I see the bill I have been charged wrongly for one of the Toll Free Number given by my company(000 800 100 1190) that I have used. Please you try this number from any Prepaid/PostPaid Mobile anywhere from India not even 1 Paise is charged no matter however long you use this number. Now when I call the Customer Care they take the complaint and give me a Reference Number for the Complaint saying it'll be resolved in 48 Hours and someone from Reliance will call me for the consent. But after 2 Days when I call the Customer Care executive says the Complaint is closed and the number is chargeable. Without speaking to me and without asking my consent how can they close the complaint. Also if the issue is not resolved as per Reliance we need to contact the Nodal Officer and the contact number is 080-30332676. I called this number to take up the issue with the so called Nodal Officer, whether you believe or not I have called 100 Times continuously for 3 days noone picks up the call.I have also written a mail to the Nodal Officer but no response at all.Can the TRAI or Consumer forum please take a severe action against Reliance Communications, the Nodal Offficer(for not responding to Customers) and provide justice to Consumers. Please help me so that I get my amount that is charged is refunded.
