I have been having BSNL landline connection since more than 6 years from now.
My father Mr Shiv Kumar Dubey, is a government employee, joint collector and having the post of SDM in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. We had the number of landline as 0734-2530800, on my father's name, when we resided in our old house. There I got the service of broadband 299 combo plan, wherein my father enclosed the document of his being a government officer. BSNL has a scheme of providing 20% discount to the government employees. The company did not provide any discount in the next month's bill. I complaint in the costumer care section of BSNL Ujjain, they told me that the discount would start in the following months bills. But it did not happen in the following months as well.
Then i changed my house and got the number shifted to the new house as 0734-2518186,and again gave all of the documents required once again.
After some time, I changed the plan as 750rs unlimited broadband plan. And provided the company with the bills of earlier months and the documents of my father being a government employee the third time.
Even after giving them the documents three times, the company did not start providing the rebate of 20%.
I request to take my problem under consideration, and resolve this as soon as possible, and provide me with the 20% discount in this month's and the previous months bills as well.
