Hi sir/Madam
This is the first time when i going to take the help of the cunsumer helpline against the Connect.We are using this service from the last one year but now the company not concious about the service as it promised to deliver to us.From last two week we raised a complaint against our phonebut no action taken by the comapny side and these guys closing the complaint without any solution.When i said these guys to rectify it then they said it has closed and having no complaint against the phone. but still my number is not working and iam paying for it.,...So please tell us what to do against the company.....................Thanxs
