Connection of UG Cable to Land Phone
Dear Sir,
I am customer of BSNL since long. Now I am facing lot of difficulties due non connection of Under Ground cable to my phone. Under ground cable already laid before 3 years, but still not connected to my phone. Over head cable is too much old and always brokeing, also heavy noises is getting. I complaint several time to BSNL officials, Chelannur exchange but no any action taken by them. Therefore it is requested that suitable action may please taken to solve my problems. with thanks & Regards Babu V M Mob 9846 168 144
